are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your

a. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same
condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
c. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
a. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on
the status of your refund.
b. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original
method of payment.
c. Refunds will typically be processed within 15 business days.
4. Shipping
a. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
b. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs deducted will be taken out of
your refund.
5. Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for a return or refund. These might include:
a. Items on sale or clearance.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us
immediately. We will arrange for the item to be returned and provide a full
refund or exchange.
