At Vit&care, we understand that sometimes
plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is
designed to be as flexible as possible while allowing us to efficiently manage
our inventory and serve all of our customers.
2. Order Cancellation by Customers
a. Before Shipment: You may cancel your
order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our
customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation. b. After
Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However,
you can return the item after receiving it, in accordance with our Refund
Policy.

for any reason. Reasons might include:

a. For orders canceled before shipment, there
are no cancellation charges. b. For orders canceled after shipment, any return
shipping charges or restocking fees (if applicable) will be borne by the
customer.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
a. Refunds for canceled orders will be
processed in the same form as the original payment method. b. Refund processing
times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider but will
typically be completed within 15 business days.
6. Modifications to Existing Orders
If you wish to modify an existing order,
please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made,
we will do our best to accommodate your request.
